Dropshipping Model: Toy Box operates on a dropshipping model. This means that products displayed on the site are supplied and delivered directly by third party suppliers, and we manage the ordering process and customer relationship. By placing an order, you accept that delivery is carried out by our partners and that product availability and delivery times may vary.

2. Orders and delivery
Order processing
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not guarantee product availability; if the product is not available, we will let you know and propose an alternative or refund your money.
Delivery and estimated delivery times
Delivery is made directly by the suppliers. Estimated delivery time is 5-15 working days, but may vary depending on:
- The location of the supplier (some products may come from international warehouses, extending the delivery time).
- Customs procedures or carrier delays.
- Product availability from the supplier.
Product availability
Product information (availability, specifications, images) is provided by our partners. We do our best to maintain its accuracy, but changes or errors beyond our control may occur.
Multiple commands
If you place an order with several products, you may receive them in separate parcels and on different dates as they may be delivered by different suppliers.
Delays or delivery problems
The Toy Box is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers or customs authorities, but we will help you resolve any delivery issues.
Customs and import duties
If a product is delivered from outside the EU, it may be subject to customs duties and VAT. These costs are charged to the customer.
3. Payment and refunds

Processing Time: Refunds may take longer than usual due to the dropshipping model. Because we need to coordinate the process with vendors, the refund time may be extended several business days longer than standard.
Return costs
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective product or wrong delivery.
4. Customer’s liability and responsibilities
Limitation of liability
Toy Box is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the site and does not offer direct warranties. The guarantees are offered by the suppliers according to the legislation.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by suppliers or carriers.
- Minor differences in product appearance (e.g. color or packaging variations).
- Customs duties imposed by the authorities.
Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for providing correct data (name, address, telephone number) during the order. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the customer bears the additional costs.
Faulty or missing products in your parcel
If a product arrives defective or items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours at comenzi@casutajucariilor.ro with relevant details and photos.

Dispute settlement
If you are dissatisfied with an order, we encourage you to contact us before filing an external complaint. If the problem cannot be resolved amicably, you have the following options:

- SOL/ODR platform (EU): EU consumers can use the ODR platform to resolve disputes online.
